Note regarding insurance and testing: Many insurances require pre-authorizations in order to cover testing costs. They do not cover testing done for academic, forensic, or other non-medically necessary purposes. I will do my best to facilitate the insurance authorization process, but cannot control decisions about coverage.

Self-Pay Fees:

Initial visit: $200

Follow-up visits: $150

Testing: $200 /hr. Typical duration is 3-6 hours.
